Are FiveMX Resources Safe and Legit? FiveMX Is Now RPScripts

Are FiveMX Resources Safe & Legit?

FiveMX is the former name of this store. The store moved from fivemx.com to rpcrate.com on 18 September 2026 and became RPScripts on rpscripts.net on 16 October 2026; order history and customer accounts were carried over each time. So the question “are FiveMX resources safe and legit?” is now a question about RPScripts. This page answers it from the store’s own records: what is checked, what is not, and how payment and refunds work. It is written by the store, so read it as the seller’s statement, not as an independent review.

Is FiveMX the same store as RPScripts?

Yes. FiveMX was renamed RPScripts. The order records the store carried over start in August 2021. Old fivemx.com links redirect to the matching page on rpscripts.net, and customer accounts were carried over with their email address. The legal operator and contact details are in the Imprint.

Is it a legitimate store?

You can check the basics yourself before paying:

  • Who sells: the operator is named in the Imprint.
  • Payment: card and other payments are processed by Stripe. RPScripts does not see or store your full card number.
  • Rules: the Terms and Conditions and the Refund Policy are published before checkout.
  • Delivery: downloads are linked to the paid order and, if you have an account, appear under My Account → Downloads.

This page makes no general statement about the licence of every listing. If you have a question about a specific resource, use the contact page with the product URL.

Are the resources safe?

No store can guarantee that a FiveM resource is free of bugs or malicious code, and RPScripts does not make that promise. What the store does:

  • Automated check: since October 2026, every product on sale has a report from the RPScripts Lab. It is a static analysis of the package: it looks for code patterns known from FiveM backdoors and for problems that stop FXServer from starting a resource.
  • Holds: when a review confirms a hard defect, the product is taken off sale; it returns only if the files are repaired.

The limits matter. A static check does not run the resource on a real server. Obfuscated or escrow-protected code cannot be read, and very large packages may be read only in part. “Nothing found” is not proof that a package is safe.

So treat every resource, from any store, as untrusted code:

  1. Confirm the framework, version and dependencies on the exact product page.
  2. Back up the server files and the database before you import files or SQL.
  3. Install on a separate test server first and read the client and server consoles.
  4. Look for outgoing web requests and code that loads other code, and test permissions and economy changes with your own configuration.

The FiveM script pre-purchase checklist goes further, and Cfx.re publishes an official server security guide.

What if a resource does not work?

The 30-day guarantee covers technical problems with the purchased resource: it does not work as described and support cannot fix it. Contact support within 30 days with the order number, product URL and the error output. The guarantee does not cover a change of mind, and your statutory consumer rights are not affected. For order or download problems, use RPScripts Support.

What RPScripts does not claim

RPScripts does not claim that a resource works on every ESX, QBCore, QBOX or standalone setup, that a developer will publish future updates, or that support answers within a fixed time. To compare buying through the official Cfx Marketplace, a creator’s Tebex store or an independent store, read the Cfx Marketplace and Tebex buying guide.
